Choose how ShiftSimple looks — you can change it again anytime from this same button, and nothing about your progress is affected.
ShiftSimple finds vehicles you actually want that also fit your financial situation.
ShiftSimple looks at the vehicle preferences and financial information you choose to share, and uses both to surface stronger potential matches — before you ever set foot on a lot.
Sample matches shown for illustration only.
Credit matters — but it's only one part of the picture. Whether a specific vehicle actually works depends on you, the vehicle, and how the deal itself is structured.
Being able to finance around $25,000 doesn't mean every $25,000 vehicle represents the same deal. A newer car with low mileage and a three-year-old car with higher mileage can carry very different financing situations at the same sticker price.
That score is genuinely useful information — but it's a consumer credit score. Auto lenders often use a different scoring model built specifically around auto-lending risk, and they generally weigh more than a score alone: income, employment history, the vehicle itself, and how the deal is structured.
That's why ShiftSimple starts with the whole picture — not just a score.
Answer a few questions and see which vehicles make the most sense for you.
Answer what you can — nothing here is required. The more you share, the sharper your matches.
This helps ShiftSimple estimate which vehicles fit your situation. Credit information is self-reported and used only for an estimate.
We’ll lead with the option that fits how you want to pay — and still show the other terms the lenders’ published rules support. No term is promised.
Submitting this saves your progress with ShiftSimpleNow right away — we'll show you your matches next. A dealer only sees your information once you actually choose to share your finished Simple Deal with them.
Built to be realistic. If your requested payment runs high, ShiftSimple adjusts it to a range lenders are actually likely to approve — so your numbers are something you could really get.
Choose how your inventory is delivered. ShiftSimple reviews every request before it goes live; approved connections keep your available vehicles synchronized, and sold or removed vehicles drop out automatically.
ShiftSimple matches buyers to vehicles on your lot based on both what they want and what appears financially compatible — before they reach your sales team.
| Traditional lead | ShiftSimple lead |
|---|---|
| "Customer interested in a $32,000 SUV." | "Customer reviewed financially compatible inventory from your lot and selected these three vehicles." |
| Player | Focus | Financeability-first? |
|---|---|---|
| Cars.com / Autotrader / CarGurus | Inventory discovery | No |
| Credit Karma / Credit Sesame | Credit education & offers | No |
| Dealer-direct finance tools | Single-dealer credit apps | No |
| ShiftSimple | Buyer-first financeability | Yes — pre-visit |
As the network matures, participating lenders share underwriting criteria with ShiftSimple privately. The platform learns patterns of the form buyer profile + vehicle type + deal structure → likelihood of approval from a given lender — turning ShiftSimple from an inventory marketplace into a routing layer between consumers, dealer inventory, and lenders.
Aggregate first. The program starts with anonymized, aggregate approval-pattern data — no granular underwriting criteria required to join.
Structured deal flow. Lenders get access to pre-qualified buyer profiles and deal structures that already match their stated appetite, instead of raw applications.
Criteria sharing grows over time. As trust and volume build, lenders can share more granular underwriting criteria to sharpen routing further.
Compliance-first. Fair-lending and credit-reporting requirements (FCRA, ECOA) are engaged with legal counsel before any criteria sharing goes live.
The financeability engine's rate assumptions and dealer credit-tier tags are built around this landscape — from major banks and credit unions at the top of the credit spectrum to the specialty finance companies that write deep subprime paper other lenders won't touch.
| Credit tier | Typical used-vehicle APR* | Representative lenders active in this tier |
|---|---|---|
| Super-prime 781–850 FICO |
~6–7% | Bank of America, Chase Auto, PenFed Credit Union, Navy Federal Credit Union, Alliant Credit Union, USAA (military-affiliated) |
| Prime 661–780 FICO |
~8–9.5% | Capital One Auto Navigator, Ally Auto, Chase Auto, Bank of America, most local and regional credit unions (commonly reached via CUDL) |
| Near-prime 601–660 FICO |
~10–14.5% | Ally Financial, Capital One, Global Lending Services (GLS), Regional Acceptance Corporation, community credit unions |
| Subprime 501–600 FICO |
~14.5–19.5% | Santander Consumer USA, Westlake Financial, Prestige Financial Services, American Credit Acceptance, Exeter Finance |
| Deep subprime 300–500 FICO |
~15.5–21.5%+ | Credit Acceptance Corporation, Consumer Portfolio Services (CPS), Westlake Financial, First Investors Financial Services, Buy Here Pay Here in-house programs |
*Directional averages compiled from Experian's State of the Automotive Finance Market and Bankrate's weekly rate survey, 2026. Actual offers vary by state, lender, term length, vehicle age, and loan-to-value — always confirm current terms directly with the lender before structuring a deal. This directory is planning reference, not a live rate feed or a lending relationship — none of these institutions have been contacted or verified as ShiftSimple partners.

The dealership sells the vehicle. If you finance it, a lender provides the money, and the vehicle generally serves as collateral for that loan. A deal has to make sense in more than one way at once: the vehicle has to fit your needs and budget, the financing has to fit your financial situation, and the vehicle itself has to fit the lender's requirements. Here's how those pieces actually connect.
The first number most people look at is the vehicle's selling price, but that isn't necessarily how much you'll finance. Taxes, applicable fees, your down payment, and your trade can all change the final transaction.
Your trade is especially important because its value and its equity aren't the same thing.
Your down payment works in the other direction. Putting cash into the transaction reduces the amount that needs to be financed.
So imagine a simplified transaction:
That's why:
VEHICLE PRICE ≠ AMOUNT FINANCED
The vehicle may cost $25,000, but the loan is being built from the entire transaction.
Once we know how much needs to be financed, we can calculate what borrowing that money looks like. Three major pieces determine the loan:
AMOUNT FINANCED + APR + TERM
The amount financed is how much you're borrowing. APR represents the annualized cost of the credit. The term is how long you have to repay it. Together, those create the monthly payment.
This is why a payment isn't simply the vehicle price divided by the number of months. If the APR increases, borrowing the same amount becomes more expensive. If the term gets longer, the monthly payment can decrease because repayment is spread across more months, although the loan remains outstanding longer and can cost more overall.
The lender also considers whether the payment makes sense relative to your income. One measurement is PTI, or Payment-to-Income.
So "I'm willing to pay $700" and "a lender will approve a $700 payment" aren't necessarily the same thing.
Your desired payment is part of the transaction; the lender still has to determine whether the complete loan fits its requirements.
This is where car financing is often oversimplified. A lender doesn't simply look at a credit score and decide yes or no.
Your credit score is part of a larger credit profile. The lender can evaluate:
Different lenders also have different programs. One lender may be comfortable with a particular credit profile or transaction while another isn't. They can have different:
That's why changing lenders can sometimes change what works even when the customer hasn't changed.
But there's another major part of underwriting that many buyers never get properly taught:
THE LENDER ISN'T ONLY EVALUATING THE BORROWER.
IT'S EVALUATING THE VEHICLE TOO.
When a lender finances a vehicle, that vehicle generally becomes collateral for the loan. In simple terms, the lender is putting money into an asset that helps secure the debt.
Because of that, the lender cares about the vehicle's value, age, mileage, and eligibility — not just its selling price.
This is where LTV, or Loan-to-Value, comes in. LTV compares how much is being financed with the value the lender recognizes in the vehicle.
Now the earlier pieces start connecting.
Cash down reduces the financing requirement.
Negative equity increases it.
The vehicle provides the collateral.
LTV describes the relationship between the money being financed and the value of that collateral.
Age and mileage matter too. An older or higher-mileage vehicle may qualify for a shorter maximum loan term. A newer vehicle may qualify for a longer term or fit a lender's collateral requirements better.
That's why a cheaper vehicle isn't automatically easier to finance.
An older $15,000 vehicle with a restricted term can sometimes produce a payment surprisingly close to — or even higher than — a newer $18,000 vehicle that qualifies for a longer term.
The question isn't simply: "How much does this car cost?" It's also: "How does this particular car fit this particular loan?"
Now we can put the entire process into one simple framework:
CUSTOMER + VEHICLE + LENDER + STRUCTURE
That's why:
$0 down + Vehicle A + Lender A
can produce a different result from:
$2,000 down + Vehicle A + Lender A
$0 down + Vehicle B + Lender A
or
$0 down + Vehicle A + Lender B.
The customer didn't suddenly become a different person.
THE STRUCTURE CHANGED.
A financing problem therefore isn't automatically a credit problem. The issue could be:
Sometimes several pieces interact. And that's the reason to understand the deal before blindly shopping for cars.
ShiftSimple starts with the financial side so you can understand your buying power, see which financing paths may fit, and then look for vehicles that make sense within that structure.
Instead of falling in love with a car first and discovering the financing problem afterward, you start with a clearer understanding of what works and why.
You don't need to memorize the entire automotive-finance industry. That's what the full glossary is there for. You need to understand the major pieces affecting your transaction — and how those pieces work together from the beginning of the deal to the end.
Your Match and Deal Match are useful scores inside ShiftSimple — not the whole product. Here's the full process behind your results.
Tell us what you want. Body style, mileage, features, colors — as much or as little as you'd like to share.
Tell us about your situation. Income, self-reported credit range, down payment, and trade-in, if any.
ShiftSimple evaluates available vehicles. Every vehicle in the connected dealer network gets checked against both of the above.
Each vehicle receives two scores: Your Match and Deal Match — kept separate, never blended into one hidden number.
The algorithm ranks the strongest opportunities. Not just what's financially possible, and not just what you like — the overlap between the two.
Your Simple Deal. An estimated buying range, a ranked list of real inventory, and a shortlist you build yourself before ever contacting a dealer.
How closely a vehicle fits what you actually want — body style, make, mileage, features, color, and more.
Auto financing is full of jargon nobody explains. Search a term below, or browse by category — and anywhere ShiftSimple uses one of these terms, you can click it to jump straight here.
ShiftSimple exists to find the intersection between what a buyer actually wants and what appears financially compatible with their situation — before they ever set foot on a lot. Instead of one generic buying-power number, ShiftSimple evaluates real lender program data alongside a customer's preferences and financial situation, so the vehicles a customer sees are ones with a genuine reason to fit.
Effective September 13, 2026 (last revised September 16, 2026). This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, the information ShiftSimple collects through this website, why we use it, when it is shared, and the choices available to you. It describes the product as it operates today; if our practices materially change, this policy will be updated to reflect those changes.
Have a privacy question, or want to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information? Use our Contact page — see "Your privacy choices and requests" below for details.
When you use Find My Simple Deal, you may provide vehicle preferences and financial information such as ZIP code, gross monthly income, employment history, self-reported credit range, desired payment, down payment, and trade-in information. If you choose to take the next step with a vehicle or dealer, you also provide contact information such as your name, mobile number, and email address.
Credit information collected in the current customer flow — the approximate credit range you select — is self-reported by you and has not been independently verified by ShiftSimple. ShiftSimple does not perform a hard credit inquiry and does not obtain a consumer credit report through this flow, and completing the questionnaire is not a loan application.
If you contact ShiftSimple — including through our Contact page — we collect the name, email address, topic, and message you provide, so we can respond to your question or request.
ShiftSimple records information needed to operate and improve the deal-matching process, including an engine session identifier, funnel completion and viable-match status, buying-power and requested-payment results, selected or shortlisted vehicle information, and the preferences you express while reviewing vehicles. When available from the page you used to reach ShiftSimple, we also record campaign attribution information such as UTM source, medium and campaign, the referring page, and the landing page. Operating any website also necessarily involves standard technical information your browser sends with each request to ShiftSimple's servers, such as your device's IP address; ShiftSimple's hosting and database providers may retain this as part of their ordinary infrastructure logs.
Dealer, lender, and administrative accounts are authenticated through ShiftSimple's Supabase-backed authentication architecture, which uses browser storage on the device you sign in with to keep that account session active between visits. The consumer Find My Simple Deal flow does not use an account and does not persist your answers in browser storage between visits — your in-progress answers are held only in the page's active memory while you're on the site. A session identifier is generated for your current visit and included with your submission so ShiftSimple's server, not your browser, can recognize and prevent an accidental duplicate lead record if a submission is retried or double-clicked.
We use information to operate Find My Simple Deal; calculate estimated buying power and payment compatibility; rank and match vehicles; evaluate financing paths using the information available to ShiftSimple; remember choices during your visit; create and route a lead when you ask to take the next step; operate dealer, lender, and administrative account functions; prevent duplicate submissions; maintain security and access controls; troubleshoot the service; and understand how customers reach and use ShiftSimple.
ShiftSimple does not send your personal or financial information to a dealer merely because you browse the site or calculate an estimate. Your information is sent to a specific dealer only after you make a clear, affirmative choice to connect with that dealer — for example, by submitting your contact details to send your Simple Deal to a matched dealer. The routed information can include your contact details, financial snapshot, deal-engine results, vehicle shortlist, and preference feedback needed to continue the deal.
ShiftSimple shares information with the following categories of service providers, only as needed for them to provide their service to ShiftSimple: database and authentication infrastructure (Supabase — to store your information securely and authenticate dealer, lender, and administrative accounts); website hosting and server-side functions (Netlify — to run the site and process your submissions); web font delivery (Google Fonts — to display the typefaces used on this site, which receives the requesting device's IP address as a normal part of loading a font from its servers); and advertising measurement (Meta/Facebook — to measure the effectiveness of ShiftSimple's own advertising and help Meta show relevant ads; see "Cookies and tracking" below for exactly what is shared and when). ShiftSimple does not authorize these service providers to use your information for their own independent purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security or integrity of the service, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
ShiftSimple does not sell personal or financial information that identifies you, and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. ShiftSimple may use vehicle, pricing, and financing information in aggregated, de-identified form — data that has had individually identifying details removed and that does not identify you — for purposes such as understanding broad market trends. Aggregated, de-identified data of that kind is not personal information and is not shared or used in a way that identifies you.
ShiftSimple uses the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of ShiftSimple's own advertising. This sets a small number of cookies in your browser (Meta's own _fbp cookie, and _fbc if you arrived via a Meta ad) and shares limited information with Meta at specific points in the process — such as when a vehicle search actually returns results, when your buying-power results are shown, when you submit your contact information, or when you choose to send your information to a dealer. That information can include your email, phone number, and name (sent to Meta only after being converted to a one-way cryptographic hash Meta cannot reverse to recover the original value), your device's IP address and browser identifier, and the Meta click/browser identifiers already described. ShiftSimple never sends your income, credit information, financing terms, deal-readiness assessment, or any other financial or credit-related detail to Meta. Attribution information (such as UTM parameters, referring page, and landing page, described above) continues to be read directly from the URL and page you arrive on, not stored beyond what is described here.
ShiftSimple's current estimates are based on the self-reported credit range and other information you provide, plus the factual lender/program information available to the engine — not a credit report ShiftSimple has obtained or independently verified. An estimate, lender path, buying-power figure, vehicle match, or Deal Match result is not a lender approval, credit offer, or guarantee. If ShiftSimple later introduces a consumer-report or credit-pull feature, additional notices, authorizations, permissible-purpose controls, and other legally required procedures for that feature must be presented before that feature is used.
Because Find My Simple Deal involves financial information, ShiftSimple aligns its handling of that information with the privacy and safeguarding principles behind the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) where appropriate: limiting the use of your financial information to the purposes described in this policy, not selling it (see "ShiftSimple does not sell your information" below), and applying the access-control and authentication safeguards described in "Security" to protect it. This describes how ShiftSimple handles financial information; it is not a statement that ShiftSimple has been determined to be a "financial institution" legally covered by GLBA, which depends on a business's specific activities and is not addressed by this policy alone. If ShiftSimple's activities make it subject to GLBA, it will meet GLBA's applicable Privacy Rule and Safeguards Rule requirements.
ShiftSimple uses implemented server-side and Supabase-backed security architecture, including authentication and access-control components for protected account functions. We use safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No internet service can promise absolute security, and this policy does not make such a guarantee.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the service, maintaining lead and transaction records, security, dispute resolution, and legal or compliance obligations. Retention can vary by the type of record and its purpose. ShiftSimple's production systems do not currently enforce a fixed, per-record retention or automatic-deletion schedule, and this policy does not state one it hasn't verified — setting fixed retention periods is flagged internally for an owner/legal determination, and this policy will be updated once they're set. Some information may continue to be retained even after a related record is deleted or an account is closed, where necessary for legal or regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other similar legitimate purposes.
You may use ShiftSimple's Contact page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to ShiftSimple, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information, including portability or rights relating to certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. ShiftSimple will evaluate requests under the law that applies to the request and the information involved. ShiftSimple does not currently have an automated self-service deletion tool; requests are reviewed and fulfilled directly by ShiftSimple staff.
Access, correction, and deletion rights are not absolute. ShiftSimple may decline, limit, or delay a request where a legitimate exception applies — for example, to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, prevent or investigate fraud or abuse, maintain security, complete a transaction you already requested, or satisfy applicable record-retention requirements — and will explain the basis when it does.
ShiftSimple provides this policy as a public description of its online information practices. Some additional state privacy rights and disclosures, including those under the California Consumer Privacy Act and Utah Consumer Privacy Act, depend on statutory business, activity, revenue, and data-volume thresholds. ShiftSimple does not represent through this policy that every threshold-dependent law currently applies. Where such a law applies, ShiftSimple will provide and honor the notices, rights, and choices required by that law.
ShiftSimple's vehicle-financing service is intended for adults and is not designed for children. Do not submit another person's personal or financial information without authority to do so.
We may update this policy as ShiftSimple changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes to how personal information is used or shared will be reflected in the policy and handled consistently with applicable notice or consent requirements.
Questions or privacy requests can be submitted through ShiftSimple's Contact page. We may need to verify a request before providing, correcting, or deleting information associated with an identifiable person.
Effective September 16, 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShiftSimple's website and Find My Simple Deal tool. By using ShiftSimple, you agree to these Terms. They describe the product as it operates today; if our practices materially change, we will update this page.
ShiftSimple is a vehicle-matching and financing-estimate tool. ShiftSimple is not a lender, creditor, credit bureau, or dealership, and does not itself extend credit, approve financing, or sell vehicles. ShiftSimple evaluates the information you provide against real lender program data to estimate buying power, matching vehicles, and financing paths — those estimates are informational and preliminary, not a credit decision.
Completing Find My Simple Deal is not a loan application. Nothing ShiftSimple shows you — including an estimated buying-power range, a Deal Match score, a vehicle example, a financing path, or a lender listed as a possible match — is an approval, offer, commitment, or guarantee of financing, credit terms, trade value, vehicle availability, or vehicle condition. Final eligibility, rate, term, and structure are determined by the applicable lender's underwriting and the dealer, based on a complete application and the specific vehicle, and can differ from any estimate ShiftSimple showed you. Credit information you enter into Find My Simple Deal today is self-reported and does not, by itself, trigger a hard credit inquiry.
ShiftSimple does not send your information to a dealer merely because you browse the site or calculate an estimate. A lead is created and routed to a matched dealer only when you affirmatively choose to take the next step — for example, by submitting your contact information at the end of Find My Simple Deal to connect with a dealer about vehicles on your shortlist. At that point, the information described in our Privacy Policy is shared with the matched dealer so they can follow up.
Consumers do not need an account to use Find My Simple Deal. Dealers, lenders, and ShiftSimple staff use authenticated accounts to access their respective portals. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us promptly through our Contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You agree not to: provide false or misleading information in a way intended to obtain a deal, estimate, or lead you know you are not entitled to; impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from ShiftSimple by automated means outside a method we've authorized; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site or its underlying infrastructure; or attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access. We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination, in response to suspected violations.
Vehicle examples, pricing references, and lender program facts shown on ShiftSimple are compiled from dealer, lender, and publicly available sources believed reliable at the time they were recorded, and can change without notice. ShiftSimple does not guarantee the current accuracy, availability, or condition of any vehicle or the current terms of any lender program; confirm current details directly with the dealer or lender before making a decision.
ShiftSimple relies on third-party infrastructure providers (described in our Privacy Policy) to operate the site, and may link to or reference third-party dealers, lenders, and other services. ShiftSimple is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services, including any dealer or lender site you're referred to.
ShiftSimple's software, design, original text, and branding are owned by ShiftSimple or its licensors and are not licensed to you for reuse outside ordinary use of the site. ShiftSimple does not claim ownership of third-party facts, trademarks, or source material referenced or cited on the site, including the publicly sourced lender program facts described in our published source references, and reproduces only the factual content needed for that purpose, with attribution to the original source.
ShiftSimple is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShiftSimple disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate will match the financing or vehicle terms ultimately available to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that applicable consumer-protection law does not allow us to limit.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShiftSimple is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, including reliance on an estimate, vehicle example, or lender match that does not materialize into an actual approval or purchase on the same terms. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.
We may suspend or terminate your access to ShiftSimple, including a dealer, lender, or admin account, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or that access poses a security or integrity risk to the site. We will use the status and disable mechanisms already built into the applicable portal where practical.
We may update these Terms as ShiftSimple changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to override a specific commitment already made to you (for example, in a Privacy Policy notice) without appropriate notice or consent.
ShiftSimple has not yet published a governing-law, venue, or arbitration provision for these Terms. That section depends on facts not yet finalized — ShiftSimple's registered legal entity and principal place of business — and will be added, with appropriate notice, once those are established. Until then, no specific jurisdiction, arbitration requirement, or class-action waiver applies under these Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through ShiftSimple's Contact page.
Last updated October 10, 2026. This page explains, in plain language, the measures ShiftSimple uses to protect the information you share with us. Security is an ongoing commitment, not a fixed state: no website or online service can promise perfect security, so this page describes the safeguards in place today rather than a guarantee against every possible risk.
Protecting your information is a core part of how ShiftSimple works. Find My Simple Deal asks for financial and contact details only to estimate your buying power, match vehicles, and — when you choose to proceed — connect you with a dealer. We aim to handle that information carefully at every step: collecting what the service actually needs, limiting who can see it, and sharing it only when you ask us to.
Traffic between your browser and ShiftSimple is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS, and the site instructs browsers to use secure connections only. Information you submit is stored with our managed database provider, which encrypts data at rest. Every page is served with a strict Content Security Policy and standard protective response headers — including protections against content-type sniffing and clickjacking — to reduce the risk of common web attacks.
Public submission endpoints apply rate limiting to curb abuse and automated misuse, and customer-facing forms use a bot-protection challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) to help tell real people apart from automated traffic. ShiftSimple also maintains a TrustedSite certification, an automated third-party scan for certain common issues; it is a useful signal, but it is not a comprehensive security audit and not a guarantee.
You do not need an account to use Find My Simple Deal. Dealers, lenders, and ShiftSimple administrators use separate, authenticated accounts through our managed authentication provider, and each role can reach only the information and tools appropriate to it. Access to stored records is restricted at the database layer, so an account can only reach the data it is authorized to see.
The credit range you select in Find My Simple Deal is self-reported by you and has not been independently verified by ShiftSimple. ShiftSimple does not perform a hard credit inquiry and does not obtain a consumer credit report as part of this process, and completing the questionnaire is not a loan application.
Your financial details are used to estimate your deal, and are sent to a dealer only after you make a clear, affirmative choice to connect with that dealer. ShiftSimple does not send your income, credit information, financing figures, or other financial details to advertising or analytics providers. Our Privacy Policy describes in full what is collected, how it is used, and when it is shared.
ShiftSimple relies on trusted infrastructure and service providers — for hosting and content delivery, our database and account authentication, bot protection, and advertising measurement — to operate the site. These providers may process information on ShiftSimple's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy, which lists them by name and purpose.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in ShiftSimple, we welcome a responsible, good-faith report. Please reach us through our Contact page with enough detail to reproduce the issue, and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it before disclosing it publicly. Please do not access, change, or delete data that is not yours, degrade the service for other people, or run automated attacks while testing.
If we become aware of a suspected security incident affecting your information, we will investigate it, take reasonable steps to contain and remediate it, and provide any notifications required by applicable law. ShiftSimple has not published fixed response-time commitments; the specifics of any response depend on the nature of the incident.
This page works alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes what information we collect and how it is used and shared, and our Terms of Service. For any security or privacy question, use our Contact page.
Use this form for general questions, or to submit a privacy request (access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you) under our Privacy Policy. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and will respond to the email address you provide below.
